The S.F.D.A represented by its drug sector participated in the fourth common meeting of the animal wealth committee and the officials of health ministries which belong to the countries of Gulf Cooperation Council on Monday the 15th of Safar, 1428H corresponding to the 5th of March, 2007, in the Secretariat-General of Arabian Gulf Countries in Riyadh. D. Ibraheem bin Abdullah Ashwaier the consultant of the drug sector and a member of the S.F.D.A delegation was chosen to head the meeting. The Secretariat-General of Arabian Gulf Countries called for this meeting to discuss the system and draft of the unified registration list that belong to veterinarian preparations companies, factories and products in Gulf Cooperation Council countries. The S.F.D.A with some of the participated countries offered their remarks about the system. And it was agreed that all remarks of other countries should be given to the Secretariat-General which will send them to the S.F.D.A after making modifications. In addition, it will send the final forms to the members before discussing them during the coming session that will be determined by the Secretariat later.
