Dr. Saleh Abdullah Bawazeer the Vice President for Drug Affairs and the representative of the Gulf Corporation Council (GCC) in international corporation group which emerge from international conference for accordant, has participated in the conference meeting that held in the city of Yokohama at Japan from 16-20 of shawwal. Different types of important subjects has been discussed at the meeting such as: the changes in the pharmacopeia , pharmaceutical quality ,the dictionary of drug’s side-effects terms, electronic registration issue, the side-effects observation report during the drug experiments and tests on its toxicity on genes and the development of medicinal drugs which its records has been updated and known by code (Q8). Also, the conference adopted the (GCC) summary form in drug registration to guided other continental organization when they made their own forms. In addition, the mechanism to appliance the technical records when it is approved by international conference for accordant and how the member states will build their abilities in Pharmacovigilance, has been discussed in this meeting.
